FIBECO, Inc. is the SOLE Distributor of Electricity in Valencia City, San Fernando, Maramag, Quezon, Don Carlos, Kitaotao, Dangcagan, Damulog, Kibawe, Kadingilan, Pangantucan, and Kalilangan all in the Province of Bukidnon, and Wao, Lanao del Sur for fifty (50) years effective June 17, 1981 by virtue of Franchise Certificate No. 078 issued by National Electrification Administration by Virtue of Authority vested in the Office under Presidential Decree No. 269 dated August 6, 1973.
